Stuff and luv back atcha.

I'm not doing very well but I'm ok. <g> Which means the pain levels are
thru the roof but I'm dealing wid it. Norm's medical plan sux and I'm
without Rx coverage so I'm without meds and pretty sick. But it gets me
outta doing housewerk and the kidlets have returned to school.<YAY!>

Normie's searching for a better job, natch.

Hey, we're both 9 1/2 months quit from cigs. That's a victory in itself.
:-)

I've been quiet 'cuz it hurts to blink. Being this quiet is a sure sign
I'm a pain-full puppy.

I see where you're returned home. I sure hope you've got your feet up
and are resting. Ask Nanny to send ya Chip and Dale, K?

Best of luck or whatever it takes for Norm to find a better job.
{{{{{{{{{Rosie}}}}}}}}}

Dave's finally got a job, but it doesn't pay all that much more than
unemployment, and we have to pay some for medical which has deductibles,
higher co-pays than we had before, and then only pays 80% of tests &
such. Even the rx has its own deductible, which will be taken care of
w/one trip to the pharmacy. I was so looking forward to getting a
couple of things taken care of soon, but doesn't look like that's going
to happen. Poor me. LOL

Strange but wonderful benefits... <G>

I've only been on one BP med for the last month, instead of three, and
have one refill left on the metformin, but haven't had the money to get
it - not if we didn't want to be evicted, that is. So it will be nice
to get straightened around on things. At least for a while.

That is very good to hear. Gives me hope that one of these days... My
mom had her last cigarette on June 22nd, before surgery, and is doing
okay so far. Not great, mind you. That first cup of coffee is often
her last cup for the day, cuz it just ain't coffee w/out a smoke!

Now why didn't I think of that? LOL That brought a smile to my mind.
If it was earlier in the day it would have made it to my mouth.

Love you, Rosie. Luscious Lori the Bodacious Banjo Babe has appt. in
Seattle tomorrow at the pain clinic. If they don't hurt her too much,
she may come down for a visit. We hope we hope we hope... but so
afraid it won't work out, cuz it never does. Anyway, if she makes it,
you will hear from us. Might have to open a window, though. ;)

Denise,

I know we talked about some of this on the phone. But wanted you to know I
was still thinking about you.

I understand that getting some things taken care of soon and it not
happening. We are so alike.

I am so glad Lori got to visit you. ;-)

Look what happens when I have my back turned.
;-)

You and Denise go having talks without me. ;-)

Oh Rosie, I hope you do better soon. I know it has been really hard on you.
I have been thinking about you even when I don't write.

I sure hope you are doing ok with that hurricane. I have been really worried
about you. I saw where the electric grid went out in Sebring. I bet Lynn
sure is glad she moved from there.

Nanny by the way is worried about you too. she emailed me to ask if I knew
what was going on. I said you were probably busy over on the other ng.

I kind of figured you were not doing so good.
