Yup, Rosie, you certainly are one of the bright spots in my life.
Thought I'd let you know. Told Lori you were under attack, and it was a
good thing you didn't need a defender. Had my charger all clean and my
armor polished, but dang! I couldn't pick up the lance!

Now, if'n I was wrong, & you do need a defender, I'll take a look around
Canterbury Tales for a slightly tarnished ... um ... what's the word?
Oh, got it! Champion. A slightly tarnished champion for you.

What color should he sport on your behalf?

Love you!

Yeah, it's nice to have Janey Pooh back. And Lori? LOL I hope she
finds this so she can see me talk about her in front of her back. <G>
I'm almost afraid to set another date for a visit from her, as it just
seems to make things worse... for her! Maybe I'll send that tarnished
knight up to fetch her, since you don't need him.

It's been a weird season or two. I make plans. Something else comes
up. I change plans. 'Something else' falls through. Is there a lesson
in all of this? Or is it a power shortage? Is it bedtime now?

Well now I know who to blame all the "changing plans" on ~ <g> I caught
them from YOU! :-) Denise did it! <bg>

I'm tired of making layers of plans for when a, b, c & d fall through.
:-( And the plans are fairly 'limited' to begin with, if you get my
drift. LOL!

I'd love a night's sleep and then a
Knight's rescue .... kinda like 'Calgon', to take me away! :-) If I
can sleep, I'll dream it .... actually, just get *ME* on the horse ~ I'd
LOVE to ride again, OMG!! I'm just nutsy for horses, the beautiful
clowns. The Knight can watch me ...just once around the ring. :-)
They can use the Hoyer lift to get me on & off :-)

Sure, blame me! LOL I'm getting immune to it. <G>

Lori & I have made a promise to ourselves. One day, when we are feeling
especially masochistic, we are going to go riding again. I was
picturing a crane to get me up there. The getting off won't be much of
a problem, unless the law of gravity is repealed. The getting off
because I WANT to... now that's another story. <G>

Just to stroke another horse, that would be a bit of heaven. Or a
"nice" pony.

Hmmm. Bees Knees, huh? shortens nicely to Beenee. LOL

Have a good night!

Oh, no ...De knees has 'adjusted' my kewl name to make me seem like a
kid in a beanie hat! I don't know if I like that; umm....oh, I guess
it's OK! :-)

As long as I have a propeller!: I<;P

Maybe with the crane & propeller I'll beat gravity and mount gracefully.
<smirk> There has to be a first time.

I loved riding and playing with my horse so much (rented horse) that I
have hours & hours of memories of my times at the barn to replay since
I've been here ...and I DO. :-)

One one my favorite memories is the time I realized I didn't need a bit
& reins any more ...that he was 'listening' to the way I was seated &
tiny, tiny clues ...what a feeling!!! And I was grown! Never rode
until I was working after high school. Got my used '57 Chevy BelAir
conv. first and rented the horse second.

I can replay it and remember how all that felt; ..having a young fairly
healthy body, loads of energy and having a ball and learning everything
I could about horses ...from bloodlines to enemas. <g> I don't replay
the enema one though....I didn't/ couldn't even stay for the 'results'
at the time.

Springtime hugs, the Bees Knees :-)

What a thrill to ride w/o needing reins. I never got there. Had a
couple of horses (one a rental that was too mean to rent out, one a
friend's) that I could ride bareback over jumps and we just understood
each other. The mean one was only mean until I actually got on him.
After the first few minutes with a couple of crow hops and twists, he
decided I was his kind of people, and we had a love affair.

I learned how to drive in a '57 Chevy BelAir! My cousin's car, which
was pink & white. Loved that car.

When I have to have an MRI or some other test that's going to be hard on
me, I plan ahead of time what I'm going to relive. Have never wanted to
relive previous tests, or enema, or childbirth. LOL

Spring has sprung, the sun is shining brighter than the porch lights,
and I'm noticing all the Bees' Knees. <G> They are getting close enough...

Denise
