Oh, Rosie, so sorry about the extra damage. I had the perfect postcard
for your situation, but I only had one and sent it to someone else.
She'll have to tell you about it when she gets it.

Shall I start collecting tarps?

I figured you might like a LB joke, Mel. A little smile from ya, mebbe?

Q: How many newsgroup readers does it take to change a
light bulb?

A: 1,343 - 1 to change the light bulb and to post to the newsgroup that
the light bulb has been changed;

14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the
light bulb could have been changed differently;

7 to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs;

27 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs;

53 to flame the spell checkers;

41 to correct spelling/grammar flames;

6 to argue over whether it`s "lightbulb" or "light bulb";

another 6 to condemn those 6 as anal-retentive;

156 to write to the list administrator about the light bulb discussion
and its inappropriateness to this newsgroup;

109 to post that this newsgroup is not about light bulbs and to please take
this email exchange to ***@onelist:

203 to demand that cross posting to alt.grammar, alt.spelling
alt.jokes.lightbulb alt.light & alt.illuminate about changing light bulbs be
stopped;

111 to defend the posting to this list saying that we all use light
bulbs, and therefore the posts are relevant to the list;

306 to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to
buy the best light bulbs, what brand of light bulbs work best for this
technique and what brands are faulty;

27 to post URL`s where one can see examples of different lightbulbs;

14 to post that the URL`s were posted incorrectly and post the corrected
URL's;

3 to post about links they found from the URL`s that are relevant to
this list which makes light bulbs relevant to this list;

33 to link all posts to date, then quote them including all headers and
footers and then add "Me too";

12 to post to the list that they are unsubscribing because they cannot
handle the light bulb controversy;

19 to quote the "Me too`s" to say "Me three";

4 to suggest that posters request the light bulb FAQ;

44 to ask what is "FAQ";

4 to say "did n't`t we go through this already a short time ago on
Usenet?"

143 to ask "what`s Usenet?"

Still no job,

Still lots more tests to go. I am so tired of tests.
But have to do it, I am now dropping 1 lb a day. It is water weight.
Dehydrating too much.

Just heard today also that Jim won't get unemployment again in Jan because

Hey, Jo,

I wuz talking about the SSDI kind. If he's unemployable due to heart
probs. it could get ya thru until regular retirement kicks in. It only takes
an MD to do the paperwork and the atty's. work on contingency.

So if it is diabetes ya gonna do the diet and exercise route? There are
some newer meds. to try before insulin, anyways.

Here's the mail I sent ya about adrenal masses:

Found it. It was referred to by Huston Ted on June 30, 2004 at
alt.support thyroid.

http://www.healthcentral.com/mhc/top/000340.cfm

Perhaps if you point out you have 'masses' and could the ones in/near
the kidney and adrenals be pheochromocytomas?

Hope this helps ya, Squish.

I don't think we will have any luck with the heart thing. He hasn't been to
drs in about a year. Also hasn't been taking his heart meds either. Darn
man.

Yeah if it is diabetes I am gonna do it with diet. Don't know about exercise
at this point seeing how I can hardly do anything including walking these
days without winding myself. We shall see about that one.

OK, now I rememeber darn fibro fog. I couldn't remember the
pheochromocytomas.

No MM I didn't forget the adrenal gland masses. NOt easy to forgot those.
